Private covered parking up to two vehicles, bring your boat or jet skis. Access to Lake Powell with boat ramp, the largest dune Lake in North America with private community dock. The sunrise or sunset on the lake or beach. Guest will have access to a paddle board, paddle over to the inlet and Camp Helen State Park to the white sandy beaches of inlet beach! This condo is prominently located on Lake Powell and is super close to the beach. Solis 203 is a 2 mile drive to the famous 30A and a 12 minute drive to Pier Park in Panama City beach. There are many areas for shopping, dining and of course our emerald beaches. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED If there are pets brought to this condo without permission it will result in a fine and extra cleaning fee, as well as immediate eviction of property. And absolutely no smoking inside the condo. Must be 25 YEARS OF AGE to book this condo Home layout- One Queen size bed in the bedroom, one bathroom in hallway, a pack-n-play to set up in any room of your choice. Open concept living area that sleeps 3\. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, drinking glasses and a keurig machine. This unit is perfect for a couple with a baby or very small child. Solis 203 is situated on the second floor in a condo building, directly above your covered parking space.
