We loved our stay at Laguna Breeze! The house was adorable, well maintained, and very clean. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs, and the patio was great to hang out on. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, perfect for taking a walk. The beach was a short walk away (less than 5 minutes) and was absolutely beautiful, and never crowded. I cook a lot on vacation, and the kitchen was pretty well equipped, and the appliances were brand new and very nice. There was a huge tv in the family room and one in the bunk room. The bathrooms were newly updated and very clean! Plus there was a nice outdoor shower too, as well as a hose right out front to wash your feet off.The towels were thick and plush. The layout of the home was great, with the bedrooms being spaced out from each other to allow for peace and quiet. Check-in and check out were seamless.Owner was great to communicate with and made us feel very welcome! ##### Annie L. Decorated and equipped with everything you need! Beds were comfortable!! The property manager answered every message and call promptly whenever we needed something. When we were there a pipe busted and we notified the property manager and maintenance was out within 30 minutes and the pipe that burst was fixed within 2-3 hours! The last we were there we slept with fans and dehumidifiers going which are loud, but we made it through. I thought they would have offered a discount for this, but did not. However, it is a beautiful home and great place to stay close to the beach! We had a great time excluding the leak that happened! So, grateful the property manager acted quickly!
