Waren nur für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise da. War alles ok ..etwas älter schon aber vollkommen ausreichend und in Ordnung. Wurden freundlich empfangen. Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle auf dem Zimmer die Dusche hatte mal genug Druck beim Wasser was in den USA schon mal eher nicht der Fall ist. Würde dort wieder übernachten

I like this hotel. The breakfast is alway good. Clean area. Hot food. The staff is ok. Not the friendliest. But not bad either. They need to sweep out the elevator. Get the lights fixed outdoors. All the huge lights do not come on. Pets are 28 a night which is ridiculous when it’s about 90 a night for two adults. No where in the Expedia ad did it mention the price at all. Thank goodness our dog was staying with my daughter that lived in PC. So beware it is a 28 dollar a night fee for your dog. Beds are comfy. Cable is good but tv is small. Bathroom is nice and room is good size. We have stayed at this one a few times. We like the price, close to family and the hot breakfast is a great touch.

Location is convenient to most points of interest. The staff was most professional & pleasant. The carpet in the hall way was dirty, but it was just after spring break so there wasn’t time for it to be cleaned.. we would stay here again. More bang for our buck.

I DID NOT LIKE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Terrible, terrible customer service. The ladies at the front desk were VERY rude, unhelpful, and had at attitude every time I talked to them about an issue I had. I was charged a pet fee for 2 nights even though my pet NEVER came. I asked for a refund due to the fact that my pet ended up never coming and I was told that I could not get one. The ladies at the front desk were not trying to help me find a solution to the problem at all. I was told over and over again to call the manager. There was NEVER a manager or assistant manager on staff at the hotel during my stay there. I asked to speak with a manager and the lady at the front desk gave me a card with her information on it. I called the manager 5 TIMES AND EVERY TIME I CALLED THE CALL WENT STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL IN THE FUTURE AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO OTHERS. On top of all of this, the first night I used the toilet in my room, it was making a LOUD sound like the water was still coming in the toilet ALL NIGHT. That same night I told the front desk and I asked was it normal for the toilet to do that and I was told yes it was and she lied because obviously that is not normal for the toilet to do that, I was told to shake the handle or turn the knob and MAYBE it would stop. Maintenance was never called that night. As a customer staying at the hotel, I should not have been told to shake the handle or turn the knob. My overall rate is poor.

When we got to our room there were dirty towels next to our door in the hallway. They were not removed till the next day. On one of the beds there was an orange redish stain on the sheet. I wouldnt use the breakfast feature as a highlight. Most items were unavailable with empty spaces. If there are not other hotels available I'll only book here just cause i know the area. I travel here at least once a month. I'm going back this week but booked with a different hotel this time.

The property was convenient to the sports park we were attending. Our room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the towels were a good size. The staff was very friendly. The hotel needs updating.
