The 1st floor boasts of a large open floor plan with two seating areas and large screen TV. The dining area and breakfast bar seats up to 12 guests comfortably. The high-end kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops. There is a Queen bedroom behind the kitchen area. Just inside the back door entrance there is a bathroom for your convenience. The back deck offers a table and chairs. There is a gas grill and outside shower. The spacious, relaxing front porch is screened in. The 2nd floor Washer & Dryer Children’s Bedroom – two bunk beds - TV Roku Bathroom - full King Bedroom, TV Roku Grand Master Suite – King bed, TV cable, inside sitting area, private bath, private porch with hammock and outside sitting area, Pack n Play The 3rd floor Second living space with day bed and trundle, TV cable, and wrap around deck facing the Gulf of Mexico and Lake Carillon Keep Calm and Carillon is steps away from the beach via walk-over #8 and the Carillon Lake Pool. A set of complementary beach chairs (2 chairs) and pads with one umbrella are set up for you daily at walk over #8 (March 1 - Oct 31). Keep Calm and Carillon is located in the sequestered gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and East Pool. There are tennis/pickle ball courts, full basketball court, children's play area and large green spaces. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with cafe, exercise club, general store, and Baliage salon and spa. In addition to the manned entrance gate, Carillon also employs licensed security officers who patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. Carillon Beach is a 'Mayberry USA' beach community where lasting, even generational, memories are created. Also, Carillon Beach is a disability friendly community with a wheelchair lift to the main pool area and a handicapped accessible ramp from the pool to the beach. The upscale shopping and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and 30A are only a 3-minute drive away. PARKING POLICY: 4 vehicles and 1 golf cart. Maximum of one Vehicle or Golf Cart in the gravel area to be parked in front of a home, in the gravel. NO Golf Cart Charging of a cart that is parked on any gravel area. Just a very short walk to the beach access which is so nice; however there are several steps that lead down to the beach (that is my ONLY complaint) The house is amazing with so many awesome features!! The kitchen was so well furnished with great cookware, utensils, plates, bowls, coffee mugs & glasses. The coffee pot allows you to brew a full pot or you use K-cups. They have beach towels & floats for your use. Also 2 beach chairs & umbrella on the beach. All the beds are so comfortable. We had plenty of room for our family of 11 sleeping, eating together & just hanging out in the living area which is very large. All the bedrooms had a TV which made all the kids so happy! Our teenagers loved renting bikes & riding all over the community. One of the most amazing features was the separate ice maker in the bar area!! We definitely utilized that a lot!! I have to say the communication before arriving & during our stay was first class!! It was such a pleasure renting this house and we hope we will have the opportunity to rent "Keep Calm & Carillon" again!! ##### Carol W. Carillon Beach Rentals property manager as well as the housekeeping staff are AMAZING in their attention to detail, cleanliness, and sincere concern for renters to have a wonderful experience. We have rented for years in this area and are continually impressed, year after year, with the job that they do. Was able to even cook a full meal or two. Ten lbs ham, potato salad, baked berms, lemon bars!!! Found ever utensil, pot, etc. plenty of beach chairs and toys. Needed at least one additional wooden set of 2 beach loungers and umbrella. There were 9 adults and one 14 yr old… and only one set. But the house served us well. Might be time for a little painting touch up inside and porch floor. But I understand that is an endless issue with beach rentals. Loved the communication with the cleaning service. However the stove needed a deep cleaning and the floors didn’t feel like they’d been mopped. The bathrooms were spotless. Two families of four fully enjoyed the house- the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook, the house had great beds and towels, the beach was beautiful and the pools were icing on the cake!! We absolutely loved all the spaces in this house- the bunk room was so fun for our kids (ages 7-10), the king rooms on the same floor were so nice and convenient, the boys loved going to the 3rd floor for play time, and the adults absolutely loved the first floor kitchen and bathroom. Plus! The outdoor shower was such a nice touch when coming back from the beach. We also loved the community- everyone was so nice and welcoming, the beach was stunning and not crowded at all, and the pools were warm and heated for us! So nice!!! We would definitely book this house again, and cannot wait to return in March of next year! ##### Kate S. The home is very accommodating, beautiful and exactly what we were looking for on our Spring Break family vacation. The beach was just a few steps away and we enjoyed a gorgeous view of the ocean from the top level of the home. The Carillon community is such a calm, friendly atmosphere which is perfect for families. Karen was excellent to work with and she was readily available to answer any questions we had. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, so it never feels cramped or crowded, even with a large family. This home has an ideal location in the neighborhood, being steps away from both the heated pool, and the beach, and away from the main streets in the neighborhood. ##### Jason S. It is well stocked with everything you need for a relaxing stay and even had a pack n play for our infant daughter (one less thing we had to bring). We loved the comfortable beach chairs and umbrella set up for us on the beach! This house is a steal as far as location and amenities in the community go. Keep Calm & Carillon was a great home for our family Thanksgiving gathering! We had our great-grandmother all the way down to an infant & everyone in between staying there! We enjoyed staying at Keep Calm and Carillon. It was our second stay there. We love the layout of the house and it is very close to the beach access which is awesome. Karen and Kristi were great to work with and were very prompt with all our needs. I only gave it 4 stars overall because i think its starting to show some wear. The carpets and runners need cleaning, and the outdoor mat on the porch needs replacing. Also, they were doing construction on the front porch doors the first couple days, which is fine, i realize it has to be done. But the workers left trash and painters tape laying all over the place and we had to clean it up. All that being said, I would stay there again. I like the house and we love carillon.
