Promo rates!! 5 Star!! Early 1:30p check in!! Beach setup Mar-Oct! We are located directly on Panama City's sugar white beach, and its clear gulf water. We are on the third floor and directly on the beach. We provide a FREE BEACH SET-UP right on the water (two lounges and an umbrella) with every reservation Mar-Oct. People have used and enjoyed this very much, (not having to carry chairs to the beach). We always have "EARLY 1:30p CST CHECK IN We provide kitchen trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, soft soap dispenser, dish sponge, spices including salt and pepper, coffee filters and Dawn dish washing liquid enough for your entire stay. We also have a starter supply of paper towels, toilet tissue, coffee, Dove bar soap and tissues. We have wonderful 5 stars reviews and many return guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of dishes, glassware, pots and pans and full size frig, range, oven, microwave, dish washer, coffee maker, (Keurig and Mr Coffee), spice rack, blender, toaster etc. The Master bedroom has a king bed with pillow top and the second bedroom has a queen and twin. There is a tub in the Master bath and a walk in-shower for the second bath. There is a queen sleeper sofa and love seat in the living room. Our condo is beautifully decorated and well kept. We have Wi Fi Internet, We also have a HIGH CHAIR for the little ones. There is a DVD connected to the 3 large flat screen TV's (one in each bedroom and one in the living room)with premium channels. We have two large beach side pools, one heated, a Hot Tub, a children's pool with lounging facilities, and a Gazebo to sit in the shade between the pools and gulf. There is a glassed in elevator, beautiful landscaping (which has won awards) and a picnic table/GAS GRILLING area (gas provided). We have tennis/pickle ball and handball/racquetball courts and shuffleboard, (with all needed equipment supplied). The beautiful lobby reception area, where you check in, is also staffed 24 hours for any questions or concerns. It has many brochures and coupons available. The large lobby also has a small well-supervised game room, pool table, and small kitchen area with many tables and chairs and sofa to relax. Summerhouse is quiet, gated, very family friendly and there is 24 hour security and maintenance provided, but we are just minutes from all the fine restaurants, shopping, fishing, boating and many, many other attractions. In the winter there are many get togethers and snowbird activities (pool aerobics, card playing, dinners etc) in the lobby. We are also on the Panama City Beach shuttle route, for easy travel and site seeing, if you do not have a car. We thank you for considering our condo. We did rent a car but there restaurants within walking distance. Panama City can be crazy at Spring Break but this is far enough down the beach that we enjoyed a quiet week at the beach. We had a few questions to start with but Joan responded and made everything perfect. Beach was great easy access. Pools and hot tub was cleaned perfectly. The girls at the front deck were more than helpful after a little sweet taking they gave us a 3rd parking pass for motorcycles. We give it 5 stars and with definitely be back. ##### Donny H. There were ants coming in the window. Saw a humongous cockroach. The drawers in the nightstands & dresser had trash in them. One had mouse poop & one had a prescription pill. The master bedroom mattre was wonderful. The top plug-in behind the nightstand did not work. The pocket doors in the 2nd bedroom were hard to open & close. The throw rugs in the bathrooms & the kitchen tried to trip you. They did not stay in place. It would’ve been nice to have been warned that there were 100 Amish staying during the 2 weeks that we stayed because they took over everything. It was very annoying. I did enjoy the pretty view from the balcony as far as the trees & landscape & pools. I did not like the fact that we weren’t even with the beach so our actual beach view was limited, since we saw the condos on both sides of us instead of beach. I would say I enjoyed the pool, but I only got in at once because the Amish took that whole area over. I did enjoy the pavilion & the hot tub when the Amish weren’t in it. I enjoyed the movie once a week which I watched from my balcony. The beach chairs that came with the room were nice. Except that the beach chair guys set up chairs directly in front of us for a lot of Amish people. Ea bldg only had 1 elevator, once it was broken, we had to walk up the stairs to our room. Our stay at the Summerhouse condo was everything we hoped it would be and so much more. The condo had everything we could have possibly needed. The king size bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable! From the comfort of the spacious condo, to the beautiful view and all of the amenities, this was by far one of the best vacations we’ve ever taken! Any questions I had was immediately answered by Jean as well as a follow up to make sure that we had what we needed and if we had any other questions that need answered.
