This IMMACULATE, SPACIOUS, designer finished home is located in the highly sought after West End of Panama City Beach. Featuring 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, this property is perfect for family and friends! Located in the very desirable gated La Valencia Beach Resort, guests will enjoy the privacy of a home, tennis courts, and a gorgeous GULF FRONT pool with PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS.

Each of the 3 Bedrooms has it's own private bathroom AND a patio/balcony - perfect to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or to wind down in the evening. Master Bedroom also includes a coffee bar!

Just a few miles from Rosemary Beach, 30A, Camp Helen State Park and Pier Park, you get the best of all worlds, yet a quiet and peaceful beach.

We really loved the location of this rental! The neighborhood was quiet and we loved that it was a short walk to the beach and pool. With children, this was great. Melanie was quick to communicate and we greatly appreciated her flexibility with our check-in! The biggest downfall was the cleanliness of the home. It could definitely use a deep clean- the doors, baseboards, floor corners, bathroom drawers, etc. were very visibly dirty and in need of some TLC. Additionally, the pictures in the listing were not accurate of our experience (furniture downgrades such as the couch). This place has really great potential but it definitely fell short of what we would expect from a listing listed as "immaculate." All in all, we had a wonderful trip and loved the quiet location.

This was the perfect place for our family of 8 ! It was exactly as pictured and beautifully decorated! It was very clean and very well stocked for being able to stay in and cook as an option! Beach chairs and boards for the ocean being provided was also very nice! Communication was also very easy with the owner, and she was always very prompt in responding! A short walk across the street to the beach made this gated community the perfect place to stay! We will definitely be returning again to “Paradise Found”!

This property was perfect for our spring break getaway! Located in an adorable gated neighborhood right across the street from the beach and pool, this house had everything we needed for the week. From beach supplies to multiple coffee options, it made our week fantastic. Owner was amazing to work with!

Spring Break Trip

We had an amazing stay at Paradise Found. The place was very nice, clean and perfect for 2 families. Our kids loved the bunk bed room and all the beach toys and games provided. The beach and pool is a very short walk across the street. The pool was freezing, but probably expected in March. It’s located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood on a quiet stretch of 30A. We had a wonderful stay!

Great stay

Great location, quick walk to the beach/pool. House was just as advertised. Clean, well stocked kitchen, multiple options for coffee (Keurig, espresso, regular pot). Beds were comfortable, plenty of linens, enough TP, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, etc. Those things seem little, but when you don’t have them, or have to go buy them, it’s just another thing you have to worry about. We loved having board games and cards, the beach chairs/skim board/wagon and tons of toys was wonderful… again, less to have to worry about bringing with or buying. Overall great accommodations, great location, very responsive host. If we return, will definitely stay there again!

Couldn’t be happier

Location and amenities were better than anticipated. The small things … a handwritten note, a welcome basket. The pool was so close, the beach entrance so amazingly close. The whole house was awesome. The booking, the communication etc. looking forward to rebooking for next year.
