"High Tide" is a beautiful one bedroom, two bathroom + bunks condo that comfortably sleeps 4, two in the lake front king bed and two on the hallway bunk beds. Free Wi-Fi included! This year I was on the top floor it seemed like you had to wait forever for the elevator to come. There was no furniture on the balcony so you couldn’t just relax out side. Air condition was so loud and toilets ran 24/7. Pros: The pictures were accurate. It was clean, well decorated and the kitchen had plenty of supplies. Cons: Huge safety concern. The sliding door in the living room, which leads to the balcony on the 21st floor did not lock. To feel safe with toddlers I had to move furniture in front of the door at night so they wouldn’t wake up and go out there. The AC unit which is right across from the bunk beds made a terrible noise when it went off and on waking everyone up multiple times per night. By the third night we just turned it off because we would rather be hot than exhausted. Both toilets in the bathrooms constantly ran with water. My husband took the back off and tried to fix it but the valving mechanism was broken into multiple pieces. The dryer was just venting into the laundry room and not outside. It took 2 cycles to dry even a small load of clothes. The cleaning people only put fitted sheets on the bed and left the flat sheets laying on the bed for you to put on yourself. ##### Brittany P. The unit was tastefully decorated and the view from the balcony was unbelievable. Although Laketown Wharf isn’t located on the beach it is closer to the beach than some properties actually located on it. There are a number of restaurants located on the premises including a poolside bar and grill. Four pools, a kiddie pool, and a spacious fitness center round out the amenities. This unit was very clean. The location was perfect. Within walking distance from places to eat, retail stores, entertainment for the whole family, and the beach was across, (a not so busy) street. Only draw back, ( and nothing to do with the unit we stayed in), was the elevators were extremely slow. There were 3 for the building we were in. Of course one was not working. They had gotten the replacement part for it the evening before we left. The overall stay was fantastic. I would recommend it. Especially for a family with children of various ages. ##### Janet W.
