The views from this 11th floor condo are amazing. The large spacious private balcony with comfy furnitures is the perfect spot to watch the breathtaking sunsets that PCB has proudly called one of the Worlds Most Beautiful Beaches. You can enjoy the Gorgeous gulf views from the master suite, kitchen, dining areas, and living room through floor-to-ceiling windows. Master Suite with balcony access and sitting area provides a KING Bed & En-Suite Bath with a separate jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower and double vanity. The other two bathrooms are large and very nice as well both with shower/tub combos. These three bathrooms will help minimize congestion. Two QUEEN beds in the second bedroom with private bath and two QUEEN beds in the third bedroom with adjoining bath. The living room has a pull out QUEEN Sleeper sofa. The spacious fully equipped & stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances will make you feel right at home cooking your favorite meals while watching the beautiful gulf views. The large formal dinning table can seat 8 people and 4 more bar stools will provide more seatings. For casual meal or morning coffee, the spacious balcony large glass-top table and enough additional comfy seatings will provide the stage for you to enjoy your meals while watching the amazing ocean views and listening the waves crash against the white sand. Monthly rentals available November to February! Jetski rentals and Parasailing available on site! The resort charges a one time $50 registration fee at time of check in to issue 2 parking passes and pool ID bands. There is a public parking lot close by for parking additional vehicles and trailers. The only con was the cleanliness of the condo upon arrival was terrible. We went to Walmart and purchased cleaning supplies and deep cleaned the entire condo. The picture attached shows where they started cleaning the stove and stopped, leaving a cleaning stone on the stove. The trash can and the cabinet containing the trash can were disgusting! Food was everywhere on the floor. There was hair in the showers of each bathroom and in the bed. Only one was working most of the time and one day both were down. This is unacceptable for handicapped guest of which we had 2\. 3 of our group climbed 11 flights of stairs as there were people that had been waiting over 45 minutes in the lobby that could not make the walk. Our unit was fine and well stocked, with the exception of sheets for the pull out. ECDI was not very responsive and never brought sheets after we requested them. Daughters stayed here with kids we stayed on 13th floor they didn't have any large pots and pans for cooking, no tea pitchers or anything for putting tea or Kool aid in, not enough towels if very many staying, entire kitchen needs to be stocked, no plastic mixing bowls, no storage containers with lids for leftovers. This was our only complaint entire trip. Would definitely recommend ##### Tracy B. The owners of this property were very tentative and accommodating to our last minute reservation. The kitchen was fully stocked with nice cookware, utensils, and dishes.
