This access point also features parking, restrooms, dining pavilions with charcoal grills. \- Gulf Lakes Beach Access / Seabreeze Beach Access: (7 min by bike) Best for bike rides to the beach east on the pedestrian path on the South side of 30A. No parking here- shower and bike rack available here. \- Walton Dunes Beach Access: (10 min. golf cart ride) West on 30A from Prominence. One of our favorites! The access point features roadside parking and bike racks. Great for dropping off passengers and your gear before parking in the nearby lot. \- Inlet Beach Regional Access: (15 min by car) Plenty of amenities! Features: ample parking, on-duty Lifeguards, and restrooms. You cannot take the golf cart to the Inlet Beach Access due to the distance from the house and because carts are restricted in Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and along Highway 98\. Other things to note: \- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles directly in front of the garage door. There is also parking available for 1 car in the garage, plus additional spaces on the gravel in the front of the home. Please note the gravel spaces are not directly designated to the home and are designed as overflow parking for the community. \- Minimum age to rent the home is 25. \- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this. \- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A.
