GG107 Gulfgate 107 - This BEACH front 2 Bedroom - 2 Bath condo is located on the ground floor and walks out to the pool, beach, and the Gulf of Mexico! Location was also great because it is far enough away from the masses in the high-rises, but close enough to bars & restaurants when we wanted to go out. There were just a couple of things I wish were better. The master bedroom had practically no AC so it was uncomfortably hot, especially in the afternoon when the sun was on that side of the building. The bathroom also needed some maintenance (new toilet, new exhaust fan). They are the most friendly group of people we have ever dealt with undoubtedly. They bring a cozy family friendly feel to the the rentals. And we have stayed in almost every room on the bottom floor and they are all fantastic. And perfect for taking my older mother and her not having to navigate stairs or elevators or walk very far. Also perfect that some of the rooms are pet friendly for my mom with her little Esa pupper. They pool is not a great attraction but we go for the beach not tje pool. And Anthony the beach attendant is as great as the staff there. It's also not a long,long walk to the water like other condos where you worn out by the time you get to the water from the long walk.
