Escape to our spacious 1200+ sq. ft condo featuring 2 bedrooms with king beds (including a loft), 1.5 bathrooms, and 2 gulf-view balconies. Situated at the front of Horizon South community, enjoy a quick 5-minute walk to the beach or relish the 4 pools, tennis courts, hot tub, mini-golf, and basketball court on-site! With proximity to dining, shopping, Pier Park, Camp Helen State Park, and Frank Brown Park, an incredible vacation experience awaits! There is no elevator so you must walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to the condo. Parking is on-site in a gated community but spaces are not reserved, there should be enough room to park in front of the building but if not you can park anywhere. The community requires guests to purchase wristbands to use the amenities, they are $20 per person and $25 for a parking pass as well(this is a required fee whether you choose to use the amenities or not). It is self check-in so you will be provided a gate code to access the community and your code to access the condo via a coded lock a few days before check-in. I will not be available in person but you will be able to contact me via phone, text, or email throughout your stay if you have any questions. Family-oriented community with 4 pools, hot tub, fitness center, tennis courts, basketball courts, shuffleboard, and mini-golf.
