There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. Pools are clean with lots of lounge chairs (we were there off-season so no problem getting a chair). It's a pretty big haul from the parking lot to the condo but they do provide luggage carts for check-in and check-out. The condo was a decent size for the four of us (all adults) and the layout was good. It looks recently painted and felt overall clean until we got to the furniture. The curtains in the bedrooms and balcony windows were old and had some stains. The two accent chairs in the living room were really, really dirty. We put towels down before sitting on them. The very small kitchen table only seats 2 people and was pretty wobbly. The worst part was the balcony furniture. It was so rusty that we had to sweep up all of the pieces of rust on the floor before being able to walk out on the balcony. And we were not able to sit on the chairs because of the rust. That was so disappointing as we had planned on being able to eat our meals and have some drinks on the balcony to watch the beautiful view. It's definitely a 5 star view, but I give the overall rating a 4 (3.5 if I could) because of the old furniture that really needs to be replaced. ##### Kelly M. Toilet straight ahead inside door didn’t flush but maybe every few times. Lots of flickering light bulbs, patio furniture is old and balcony dirty. Linens are very threadbare.
