As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your experience at Shores of Panama, we’re currently undertaking a significant construction project from September 24, 2025, to March 1, 2026\. We want to keep you informed about the construction phases and how they might affect your stay. Construction Period:• Dates: September 2025 to March 2026• Affected Units: Balconies will be completely inaccessible and have obstructed views.• Activities: Construction work will occur daily from 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday. Parking & Amenities: You will be charged a one-time fee that will apply to one vehicle. It is small and if you are larger people you will not be comfortable here . The unit had dirty towels left in it and sand all over the sofas and chairs. Two of the 3 tvs did not work and the floors were so dirty that walking barefoot for just a few minutes turned my feet dark . It was simply unkept!!!! The unit is cluttered and very dark. We reported all issues. 24 hours later after multiple complaints they offered to come into our unit and clean. It took at least 6 calls about tv and they fixed it the last afternoon of our stay. For 48 hours we had no tv in the main living room. The primary bed has a plastic waterproof cover that crinkle as you attempt to sleep . The space is so tight it was difficult for 2 people to move around. The refrigerator doors will not open completely due to lack of space. Vacasa clearly did not care about about serving the unit in a timely manner. If you are the owner and read this please go with a better management co. And feel free to contact me ! I have photos of everything. This unit pretty much killed our love for Shores of pan ama. ##### sandy C.
