More than ocean front, we stretch out right into the sand. With free wifi and almost a mile of locked and gated, undeveloped, pristine beach there is no other complex like us. Because its undeveloped the stars pop out at night like no where else in Panama City Beach. It has a premium mattress and top grain leather sofa. Remodeled brand new white quartz kitchen, dishwasher, fridge, induction cook tops with a new-wave style glass oven. Completely remodeled bathroom includes a vaulted ceiling JACUZZI tub with real stone travertine surround. A new ac is strong and efficient. Newly remodeled large gulf front pool, new premium 65' HDTV with custom sound system. There are no hidden fees or charges when booking direct. Our complex has brand new bbq's, wireless internet, and go-carts, shopping, pubs are right across the street making this the ideal location. Walking distance to Gulf World and Pier Park is less than 2 miles away. Go carts and mini-golf are directly across the street. We are a non-smoking condo and complex. Smoking inside the condo or in the complex will be at least a $100 fine. Roofing work during the weekdays work day/hours. Wow! To start the outside of the building is adorable art deco building. The room is a perfect beach room that has everything you could need. Séjour de 3 nuits en juillet 2024 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Michelle G. 14 juill. 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Beachfront studio Even though I knew it was a studio, there are pictures of what appears to be 2 beds, which could give the illusion of this being a 2 bedroom condo, which is exactly what someone thought (if you read the reviews). He thought this because there appears to be 2 different beds with different colored comforters in the pictures. In one picture, the bed has a red comforter, and in another picture, I believe the bed has a blue comforter. In reality, there is one bed, and it has a white comforter. Also, regarding the bed - while it was very comfortable, I'm not positive that it's a queen sized bed. It might be a full sized bed instead, but I could be wrong. I have a queen sized bed at home, and this bed seemed smaller. Also, a few more small things to know: 1) there was only ONE roll of toilet paper. We had to go out and buy toilet paper. There should have been 3 rolls, in my opinion. 2) The coffee pot is not a regular sized coffee pot. It is a single serving coffee maker. When I asked the host if there was a coffee maker or Keurig, he replied back and said "coffee maker." In my opinion, he should have said, "It's a single serving coffee maker." 3) In the description of this studio, it says "kitchen." That is inaccurate! There is NO stove. There is a sink, a refrigerator, and a microwave, which makes it a kitchenette. There is, however, a portable electric stove top-like appliance. 4) The door handle wasn't firmly secured to the door. It just needs to be tightened. ##### Michelle G. The shower works great. But if you plan on cooking anything you may rethink your plans. No good way to cook. And there is no full size coffee pot. Other than that this condo was perfect. It's perfect for 2 but could sleep another couple. The Jacuzzi tub was exactly what was needed after a long day. Location is top tier for the beach access ramp is literally just a gate code away. Parking can be hit or miss but it did not bother us at all. John Castillo was very attentive to our questions/concerns. The local restaurants and bar/grills were welcoming, but very pricey. Our trip was absolutely better than expected. We look forward to booking again soon! ##### Dianne B.
