With TWO gulf-front masters & an expansive, private balcony, you'll fall in love with the gorgeous views of the aquamarine water & majestic sunsets. This unit is steps away from the resort pool, whirlpool, & our famous white sandy beaches. It is centrally located & close to the best local dining options, shopping, & entertainment! This 4 bedroom condo sleeps 12 and is perfect for families or friends traveling together. There are two king-sized, gulf-front master bedrooms that both feature a gulf-front view, balcony access, and full bathrooms. The third bedroom features a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunks (4 twin beds total). There are two additional full bathrooms. The main living area features a spacious kitchen and dining area as well as a comfortable living room with a sleeper sofa, all with incredible views of the gulf! Property Highlights: \- Gulf front! We will verify age through photo ID, thank you for understanding! \*\*Parking\*\* - There is one designated parking spot located on P2 across from the elevators. Go up the hill into the garage, turn right and it's on the left. It is marked 1203\. Overflow parking is across the street, it is first come first serve. There is also a public lot across the street. It is $12 a day. We encourage you to travel with as few vehicles as possible. We had 10 people stay and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The balcony was very spacious with ample amount of seating!!! Most of the lights in the condo are controlled with a remote and we could not turn on 2 of the lights in the bedrooms. One of the other lights we had to move around and try different angles to get it to work. The Host asked mid trip how everything was going so light issue was reported and they reported it would be looked at.There is only one parking spot at the condo and it is not truck or big car friendly There is extra free parking across the road but it is first come first serve and limited. There is also a third option for parking but it cost 14 a day and there is a sign that says park at you own risk. Cleanliness was decent. The view was absolutely beautiful!!!Multiple souvenir shops and ice cream shops across the road and a walmart about 3-5 minutes down the road. The family members who arrived later checked into another condo provided by the management office, but it was not sanitary and there was someone's underwear in the closet. After confirming that the elevator was fixed, we had to move back to the condo we had originally booked with the kids and our luggage. There was also dust and hair rolling around on the floor and many things that were broken or not working. We had 9 people and there was no issue of enough space for our group. The deck/patio on this rental was the highlight of the trip and where we ate virtually every meal. I've never seen a better view and have this much space for the entire family to enjoy. The location of the property is very conducive to get anywhere in PCB. Our view was directly over the beach 12 floors up with a roomy porch that could seat 12 people. Beds were very comfortable, nicely stocked kitchen, quick hot water, nice furniture, nice drapes, 3 sliding doors onto the porch, reserved covered parking space, and easy entry.
