Jun 5, 2024 #### Easy Beach Access on Gulf The condo itself was spacious to accommodate a family of five, and perfect view of the Gulf on the 2nd floor. The beach access off the parking lot was helpful being nearby. The condo itself was clean and had a home-like feel as far as the decor. There were several panels off the balcony door that were torn that we didn't notice until nighttime when closing them for privacy. The other balcony door seemed to be either jammed or broken because we couldn't open it. The pool is off the floor, and was very nice when you want to get away from the beach crowd. We booked a condo for 4 weeks, we stayed there for 1 week and then much to our dismay were told we had to move because of construction work. Book that Condo found this one, so we unhappily packed up our clothes, food etc. and moved to Aqua Vista. It was a blessing in disguise! We loved everything about the condo and the location. The photos are very accurate in showing just what you'll get. Book that Condo was there for us when we called. You will not be disappointed if you book room 204 W! ##### Jerry B. ### 4/10 Poor #### Renee C. May 24, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location #### Very loud elevator construction! We were told two days before our arrival that the elevators would be out of service from 9am to 12pm on Mondayand Tuesday. That wasn’t the case. The noise from the elevator remodel was extremely loud and disruptive until about 4 yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon. I called and was told yesterday was the last day. Afterwards, I saw one of the construction workers and he confirmed they would be back today (Wednesday). That was when we decided to leave early. So, we left at 6:30 this morning. The elevator people were already getting there. If we had known about the truth about the elevator remodel before we would never have made the 6 hour trip. We have been coming to Aqua Vista since about 1995\. For the last 3 or 4 years, there has been construction going on every time we were there.
