While we were given a refund for the room, there was little help in relocating us. We had to find our own new accommodations and wait 5 days for a refund. The only option we were given was to find a hotel at our own expense and we could return to the room in 3-4 days once the bed bugs were taken care of. We relocated at our own Expense. We had to wash all of our clothes and belongings. We were out the check in fee along with losing days of our trip. Horrible experience. Will not be back ##### Venus T. We also spent time at the two outdoor pools and loved the convenience of a Starbucks at the resort.This unit was also less than a mile away from Pier Park, so the walk along the beach was perfect. Starting with the parking deck elevator had to wait 15 min to 40 minutes to get on. The front desk act like we was crazy . When we waited 1 hour before taking the stairs to get to the beach. Everyone that we ran into was complaining about the elevators and said they would not be back . I’ve been at places at the beach at this time of year. An I know you are going to wait but this was overwhelming . Seen a guy with disabilities that he said he had to wait a 1/45 mins to get the elevator and he couldn’t take the elevator because of his disability (sad). But for the owners of the room I give a 5 star . But the service of the resort not even worth a 0 ##### TRAVIS T.
