This home boasts accommodations for up to six guests and a flatscreen TV in every room, so there will be no need to fight over what to watch during downtime. The private balcony has a stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico, so start each morning watching crashing waves from the comfort of your own space. To soak up some Florida sun, snag a lounge chair by the pool and have a bit of alone time with a book and cold drink as the kids are playing in the refreshing water. When the beach is calling your name, you will be mere steps away as well. There will be very few reasons to leave this seaside escape! What's nearby: Sitting in Panama City Beach East, this is the perfect location to get some peace and quiet, yet be close enough to the action. A short drive west is the beautiful Camp Helen State Park where you will find some of the best beaches Florida has to offer as well as small hiking trails suitable for everyone. If you want a bit more action, take the seven-mile scenic drive to Pier Park where you can update your wardrobe at one of the many stores available or even catch a favorite musical artist playing at Aaron Bessant Amphitheater. Though all of this is within reach, posting up on the sand just below the condo is never a bad idea! Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen There is parking available for a $35 fee per vehicle with a max of two vehicles. You will be emailed a Ramsgate Parking Registration Link a week before your arrival date. There are no elevators on site. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. It is in a great location, right in front of the pool and we love the views of the ocean from the living room and the upstairs bedroom. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working this stay and the TV in the living room wouldn’t work at all. We contacted the customer service but they weren’t able to come out to fix it during our stay, which was kinda disappointing.The pull out couch is terribly uncomfortable but my kids didn’t mind it too much. ##### Lindsey W. Ramsgate is perfectly located outside of the crowded areas of PCB, but 8 minutes from Rosemary Beach and conveniently located next to anything you need like grocery stores and restaurants. However, this condo was not the best. When we first arrived, I realized there are no comforters on the beds or even what I would consider a blanket. They are as thin as sheets. I called the managing company and asked if there are extra blankets available. I was told they’d call me back. I never received a call back. I called back twice with no answer and left a message with no return call. I never heard from them again. The kitchen didn’t come equipped with pans or skillets making it difficult to make typical breakfast or dinner. The smaller bedroom walls have patched holes everywhere making it look rundown. The living room window is cracked and there are no curtains or blinds to cover the first floor balcony door/windows for privacy. The hot water runs cold when more than one person is showering. Plus, this condo is located right next to the pool, so if you don’t like hearing screaming and crying kids all day, this isn’t the spot for you. This isn’t the worst place I’ve ever stayed, but it feels like the managing company is cutting corners and they definitely lack decent customer service. I highly recommend Ramsgate, but I’d suggest finding a different condo in the same building. ##### Jessica B. Upon arriving, we noticed trouble with a number of outlets, the TV, and the lack of internet. We communicated this with the management beginning on Wednesday. Daily texts and calls were exchanged for us to be put off and dismissed. Finally, someone came to fix the outlet on Monday, which was helpful but only led to more trouble with the main television. The care the management company offered was lackluster and quite angering. We were highly unimpressed with Vacasa. ##### Shana C. My husband and I spent the week here to celebrate his birthday. As soon as we opened the front door we were taken aback with the view. This condo was very comfortable and the AC worked perfectly, that doesn’t happen very often in a top floor condo that is older. The location couldn’t have been better! 2 miles to the left and 2 miles to the right was over crowded and terrible traffic.
