Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

Beautiful 14th Floor Condo!

The bright and tropical condominium offers large windows and expansive views of the Emerald Coast. Relax in the living room offering cozy furniture. Gather around the media center for low-key fun! Entertainment options include a 55-inch high definition flat screen cable TV, WiFi, and a DVD player.

Doors off the living room lead to the gigantic 40-foot patio. Sip cocktails and watch the sun set, or start each morning invigorated with fresh air and views of the sea! Beyond the living room is dining table for six. The fully stocked kitchen offers extra seating with a breakfast bar, and every major appliance needed to whip up a fresh seafood feast!

Offering two bedrooms and two baths, includes room for eight. Sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed in the master suite (includes patio access), a queen-size bed in the second bedroom, a queen-size sofabed in the living room and a day and night chest that pulls out to a queen size bed in the dining area. Additional home features include central AC, a private washer and dryer, and a condo unit parking space.

Stroll to the beach for sunbathing, building sand castles, and swimming in the clear waters, then explore the city which offers wineries and nightlife, shopping along Pier Park, and family attractions like the Gulf World Marine Park.

There is a $50 registration fee per condo for parking passes and arm bands.

"Ok" stay

The condo was very spacious and had nice decorations/layout. But, the washer was covered in mold inside the silicone lining to the point you could smell it when the washer was opened, breaker kept going out in the smaller bedroom, floor was extremely dirty and the ceiling fan in the master bedroom did not work. For the price paid, I believe cleanliness was the least to expect.

Great location!

Great property, on-site gym, large balcony, nice pools. Some items were missing such as a toaster and Keurig machine in the kitchen. The furniture on the balcony needs updated. The lounge chair was rusty. Other than these mentioned items it was great!

Beach Trip

So, we arrived just as Bike Week was ending, what an exciting event to see and hear! All was in readiness for us, the condo was clean, stocked with towels, linens and necessary paper stuffs for bath and kitchen, our thanks to the great staff! Pools and grounds are well kept. THE BEACH WAS HEAVENLY!

Fun in the Sunshine State

The overall stay was pleasant. The condo was clean and the location was good. The condo, even though nice, could use a bit of updating. The left sink faucet in the master bath leaked. The refrigerator ice maker doesn’t work properly. It kept getting hung up.

Two Negatives

Everything was great. The only issues was that there was a problem with Nats everywhere from the time was got there through our entire stay. Other family members stayed in another unit and had the same problem. Another negative was that it was obvious that the floors had not been mopped.

Great view

The living area of the condo was great. The furniture was in good shape and a good fit for the room and the view. And the view was spectacular! Some of the appliances had issues, e.g. the ice and water dispenser of the refrigerator did not work and the instructions on the clothes dryer were too high to read. My husband and I both in our seventies, and the combination tub/showers need to be replaced. They must be original to the building and they looked old and not very clean. In addition, they were not very safe. The bathtubs were deep, and the tub had sliding glass doors which made it hard to get in and out of the shower. One of the tubs had a bar to help, and the other one did not. Not a good situation. The tubs themselves were not dirty. They just looked dirty and old.Also, the information was not very clear who to contact if issues or problems. We tried checking at the end of our stay to see if the condo is available for meet year and did not have any luck.

I would definitely leave more supplies, not 1 extra roll of toilet paper and no dishwashing soap at all, had to go buy all those things, last condo had some extra stuff and was nice, also need more cookware

Mattress in master so worn out you sunk down 10 inches, ice maker didn't work on refrigerator, dirty/grimy kitchen cookware, guest bathroom tub drain clogged, leaking facet, outdoor patio set rusted and in bad condition, no dish liquid, etc.

Do Not EVER Use This Company

The property is amazing. We always stay here, however do not EVER use this company. There were hidden fees and the booking was non-fundable so we were stuck with it. The unit was not super clean, there were things broken. And they charged a damage waiver that was not returned and upon inquiring about it, they stated it was non-refundable as well. Horrible company. Book through Gulf Crest Condominiums instead to stay at this great property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental is in a great location. We have rented several units at Gulf Crest and love them. The unit itself was beautifully furnished. The bed in the master was comfortable. The unit itself needs some much needed maintenance. The dishwasher handle to lock it in place was broken. The toilets didn’t flush properly. The front door doesn’t shut with ease. Some of the cookware was dirty. Overall we were satisfied with the unit but probably would not prefer to rent this particular unit again since our other experiences have been great. However there is not a lot that could keep us from enjoying our trip to the beautiful white sandy beaches of Panama City!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo location was great. Patio was huge and had great furniture. View was spectacular. Condo furniture needed some updates. Couch sagged so bad no one sat on it. Master bath shower didn’t work and was never fixed the week we were there. Floors were so filthy you had to wear slippers so your feet didn’t turn black. Called about issues three times with no response.

Security way too serious!

Condo was great but not fully cleaned. Hair left in shower. Horrible beds! The master bed completely sinks to the middle-felt like a 20 year old memory foam mattress. The guest bedroom was literally a thin mattress on a metal cot. I email The manager The first day, never a response. Pool closes at 10pm and you can’t even sit in the pool area after this time! For paying $2500, I expect a little more comfort and respect. Other than those issues, condo was decent, good location, but no thrills and way over priced.
