There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. Beds comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Location was really nice, however unloading area was small and a little crowded. Note to future visitors, luggage carts are on the 1st floor, not the parking level. Host replied to questions within a reasonable amount of time. There was no large cooking pot, only 2 small saucepans. Luckily they brought us one the first evening. The curtains in the master bedroom fell the first morning when I tried to open them, they were being held up by duct tape. When maintenance came to fix it they put up regular sheers that did not block the sunlight at all. The other 2 bedrooms didn’t have curtains at all and only blinds. The tile in the walkway between the kitchen and dining area is all broken up and they just have it covered with a rug. That definitely needs to be repaired properly. The door lock is crazy. You have to turn it in a specific way for it to unlock. Should just be able to put the code in and it unlocks like normal locks do. Let me tell you this stay was fantastic. The place was cleaned and above my expectations. Right off the shoreline and waking up to the waves every morning off the balcony was gorgeous. My only thing would be regarding every day necessities such as more toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags being provided instead of one roll in each bathroom and one garbage bag for the week. That was the only expense to come out of my pocket to ensure that those necessities are provided. We are definitely looking to booking again with this place next year. ##### Diana M. Would stay there again for sure. The only issues I had were small. Like new pots and pan are needed. And the floor could have been a little cleaner but with sand I know it’s hard. The location was awesome because we were close to everything. The only complaint is we were down for Thunder Beach bike week and we could only park across the street in an uncovered parking lot. The floors were sticky in the kitchen and the outside of the fridge and stove were streaky. The tables in all of the bedrooms were very dusty. There are bare basic supplies left for you. There are no kitchen towels or washcloths. There also aren't any potholders to take things out of the oven. Basically, bring absolutely everything you could use (one roll of toilet paper per bathroom was there). There was no dishwasher cleaner at all. We've stayed at a lot of VRBOs (even in PCB) and this was the first time we had to go and buy kitchen towels, TP, salt/pepper, coffee filters, dishwasher pods. PROS: Parking is a breeze right across the street. Being on the 3rd floor is super convenient. Elevators are fast and you are not waiting to use them for very long. This was a much quieter building to stay in than others we've stayed at in PCB. Condo is very spacious and beds are comfortable. All appliances worked well. Pool was heated! It's right down the street from Walmart. We would stay here again, but it would be nice if they made you aware that there are very few supplies there. A little dirty and pictures need updated with the new furniture. A few blemishes we noticed but nothing bad. Great location next to cafe, bar, food, and stores. The pool was decent too. Our front door looked a little banged up and the housekeepers left trash on the balcony. But nothing we couldn’t clean up ourselves. ##### Jasmine T.
