Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Scenically situated on the 24th floor of Tidewater Beach Resort, this well-appointed condo offers gulf-front vistas that you'll never forget! Step out onto the balcony (which is accessed from both the living room and primary bedroom) to gaze at the Gulf of Mexico and the shimmering white sand below, and plan a day that's full of countless resort amenities, including free seasonal beach service, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a gym, a movie theater, and a game room. You can easily walk to nearby eateries, stores, and the sprawling complex of Pier Park - which is home to 124 retailers, wonderful restaurants, the Panama City Beach Skywheel, an IMAX theater, and regular events and musical entertainment. You can start your day off with breakfast at Andyā€™s Flour Power Cafe & Bakery, grab a quick lunch from Lizaā€™s Kitchen, and wrap up your day with a romantic dinner at Firefly. THINGS TO KNOW Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella). Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 24. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) Finally they got them and said they would refund cleaning fee (which they did), but I wanted one night stay to be refunded as well, but they wouldn't do that. By the time all of this was over, it was 8:00pm and my daughter was washing all 3 beds because they maids would not be there until the next morning. So we had to wait for all 3 beds to be washed, dried, and made. After a day of traveling for 12 hours, it was exhausting. Also, the elevators are a nightmare! ##### Marie L. The master bedroom didn't have any towels or washcloths and the bed was not made and no sheets were available for us to make it ourselves. The next morning after we arrived we had to throw out all of our frozen and refrigerated items because the main fridge and freezer didn't cool or freeze. I contacted customer service about both issues and they assured me they would send towels finally after contacting them 4 days in a roll i received towels. They told me to look for sheets in the condo and make the bed myself but i told them we didn't have a set of sheets for the masterbed so they sent housekeeping to make the bed our first night. Their response to the fridge and freezer not working properly was for me to check and see if a fuse was blown or the outlet was bad, which neither of them could bethe problem because the fridge and freezwe had power they just didn't work. I was a paying guest and should not have had to deal with any of this myself. We had 6 people in a 3 bedroom condo and was left 3 washcloths and 4 towels this is not acceptable. We were out all the money we spent on cold and frozen groceries and i had to go to walmart and purchase towels for my husband and i because Tidewater didn't leave us enough till the 4th day of asking for them time after time. The master bedroom was very hot and didn't feel like it had air. I do not recommend this condo to anyone. I have never had such a horrible experience renting a condo ##### Danielle M. Jan 4, 2023 #### Cozy but could of been better communication I arrived on a Thursday, as we were getting settled we tried programming the internet for us to be able to have connection for our days at the resort. Unfortunately, we were not able to connect after numerous attempts. I called Vacasa and Tide Water Resort numerous times but only received statements that they would have Comcast come out to check it. On our last day there someone called to tell me that a tower was down so I won't be able to have any service at the condo. So they had me thinking I would get some sort of service but I didn't. Second disappointment was on my second day there we were coming from the beach to find a huge amount of water in front of the door. I called to notify them because we had to jump over it into the door but all they kept asking was if someone dropped water, I stated it to much water to think it was a drop or spill. They kept asking was water in the condo I stated no, so low & behold my last 2 days at Tide Water was with a huge amount of water in front of the door which was an inconvenience. I called several times to Vacasa where they stated someone from Tide Water maintenance would come out & that never happened. Upon checking out I checked out with water in front of the door, my suitcase wheels were wet as well. I thought maybe they would at least try to make things better, they didn't. We enjoyed our time at Tide Water, I saw several complaints about elevator issues on the reviews, I never encountered any issues with the elevator. But oh did I have other issues. ##### Courtney C. Jul 24, 2022 #### Relaxing vacation at the beach Tidewater 2402 had everything we needed for relaxing vacation. Had the softest beds, lots of towels, starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish and laundry soaps. We were a family of 4., 2 adults and 2 teenagers...so having their own bathroom was great! A few of the cons. There were no pots and pans. We ended up buying a small set and just leaving them for the next renters. Also bought a couple of storage containers for leftovers and left those too. The living room TV is a smart TV but we could not get any of the apps to work, so good luck with that. The master bedroom does get a little toasty but they provide an oscillating fan that helps a lot. The condo could use a little sprucing but we were just there to relax so that didn't matter to us. Large kitchen to cook dinners and save money from going out to eat. Local family was able to come visit and eat dinner. The Tidewater staff was so nice and helpful. The phone calls before check in to make sure you had all your codes etc was great. They answered all the questions I had. Dealing with Vacasa was a bit of a pain. Couldn’t get an answer to email or VRBO messages until days later. Then one answer was completely wrong. But once I got ahold of the actual Tidewater front desk it was seamless. The unit could use some new carpet or to at least have them shampooed. There were plenty of towels and linen. The kitchen could use a few extra things. No oven mits, cookie sheets or mixing bowls. It was nice not to have to buy dishwasher or laundry detergent. The view was absolutely gorgeous. Slept with the sliding glass door cracked to listen to the ocean all night!!!
