The kitchen is well-equipped and has stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, an Instapot, Air-fryers, quality dishes, glasses, and small appliances to make you feel at home. Small Pets (25lbs max), allowed with a $100 pet fee. Grand Panama also $25 for a pet leash sleeve. This can be handled online when you register for your parking pass. Grand Panama is one of the newest and most luxurious places in Panama City Beach. Upon arrival at Grand Panama, you will notice the quality and special touches that this fantastic property has to offer. Each room has a washer/dryer. The fishing Pier is located within walking distance, as well as the Waterpark, Shopping, and Wine/Spirit Store. We have large-screen TVs in all bedrooms and a SMART TV in the living room. You can stay home and cook in the fully furnished kitchen if you desire, or check out one of the many restaurants or eateries nearby or on the property. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. Easy access to the pool and beach, had a great view of the ocean. Tiki bar was next door, serving food and drinks. Nice and quiet, heard no noises from outside. The condo was well maintained and the beds were very comfortable, sleep so good. The location is great, very convenient to access all the fun activities.Lynn was so easy to get in touch with and offered some great advice on places to go. Lynn goes out of her way to make sure your vacation is one of your favorites. First you can’t beat the convenience of the first floor. No wait for elevators, you just walk right in making loading and unloading a breeze. Don’t think you’re missing out on the view being on the first floor, you still can see sand and waves. And no worries about people walking close to the patio, the walkway is well away from you. Condo is well stocked. Beds are very comfortable! And being able to bring our pets was the icing on the cake. Mine are both getting old and it’s hard to leave them for a week. Not once did we have to wait on an elevator or worry about our kids going to and from the room. You can see the gated balcony easily from the pool (which is just steps away), from the tiki bar (which is just steps away) and from the beach. Great location on ground floor on the corner with easy access to the pool/beach/tiki bar all within steps from the patio. Rooms are spacious and layout is great.
