The kitchen is well equipped and has stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, Instapot Pot, Air-fryers, quality dishes, glasses, and small appliances to make you feel at home. Small Pets (25lbs max), allowed with a $100 pet fee. Grand Panama also $25 for a pet leash sleeve. This can be handled online when you register for your parking pass. Grand Panama is one of the newest and most luxurious places in Panama City Beach. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. The property itself is on the first floor, which is very convenient if you bring pets, which we did. The condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a bunk area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything imaginable, including an air fryer and immersion blender.The host was EXCELLENT with communication!!We will MOST DEFINITELY stay there again!!! ##### Holly B. Great Communication, we had one very small issue and it was handled with in minutes, easy to talk too and easy to communicate with. Ground floor with views of the beach and gulf. Just outside your patio door is the wonderful pool area, and just steps to the tiki bar, beach and puppy park! There was four of us and a dog so we had a lot of stuff and it was great…no elevator to wait for! The condo is clean and comfortable. You literally walk out from the patio and there’s the pool and beach access. The complex is clean and the staff is constantly cleaning the common areas.
