Be at Rosemary Beach or The Hub in minutes using the home's Low-Speed Vehicle or 6 adult bikes! This 6-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home can comfortably sleep up to 22 guests and includes notable features, including a private pool, spacious balcony and porch, and outdoor grill to maximize your time outdoors and enjoy the Gulf breeze year-round. The entire home is professionally decorated to reflect an updated modern style with coastal touches. The home's kitchen and cozy living area are on the first floor, where you'll find everything you need to entertain guests inside or outside on the screened porch, which doubles as a secondary living area and outdoor kitchen. The main kitchen in the home features designer cabinetry and appliances and seating for 15 at the dining table and breakfast bar. The outdoor dining table can seat 6\. The porch also has a grill, sectional, and a flat-screen TV mounted for year-round enjoyment around the pool. There is one guest room on this floor with a king bed and private bathroom attached. The laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is also on this floor. The second floor has its own living area, complete with a flat-screen TV. This is also where you'll find the remaining guest rooms and another balcony. There are 4 bedrooms with king beds on this floor: the first is the spacious primary suite which includes private balcony access and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The next 2 both have private bathrooms. The final guest room is a bunk room plus an additional queen sleeper sofa that is perfect for kids of all ages! The 5 year old summed it up for all of us "the best house ever". The house was amazing from the moment we entered until departure. Its a stunning piece of property supplied with everything we needed and so much more. The one exception was a smaller upstairs bedroom without its own bath. The kitchen had every appliance and tool imaginable. High end appliances! The only suggestion is making sure remote controls had fresh batteries. Most of them were dead. Beach is not overcrowded like some on 30A which was really wonderful. Pool has splash area and deeper areas, which the kids loved. Kitchen is large with a big island and all the tools needed for cooking and bartending. We also really enjoyed the large circle dinner table which was used for eating and games.
