This beautifully decorated 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo plus a bunk is located on the 10th floor in the highly sought after east end of Panama City Beach at Boardwalk Beach Resort. It is within walking distance to Newby's, Longboard's, Hammerhead Fred's, Guadalajara, PCB Winery, Wendy's, Deja Brew, Bricks & Barley, and Emerald Falls, and is approximately one mile from Coconut Creek Mini Golf & Maze, Ripley's Believe it or Not, Wonderworks, Race City, Signal Hill Golf Course and more! Boardwalk Beach Resort offers guests a large resort style zero entry swimming pool (heated in the winter), two hot tubs, kiddie pool/play area, tiki bar and corner market, both open seasonally. This unit has been recently updated and offers almost 800 square feet of beachfront living space. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with expansive views of the gulf, a large flat screen television, electric shades and access to the unit's private balcony. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and flat screen television, and the bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The views, the beach access, the pool, the building, the security, all amazing, as always. This unit in particular, compared to the other two we've stayed at, was just okay in my opinion. The pros: the bed was comfy, the chairs on the balcony were nice, the kitchen had all the pots/pans/dishes/appliances you needed, and check in and check out were great. The cons: I was disappointed there was no railing on the top bunk. I wouldn't allow my children to sleep up there because I was afraid they'd fall out. Sadly, the sofa and loveseat were extremely uncomfortable. I know they are hide-a-beds, but it's like the cushions lost all their fluff. And the floor in the bedroom was just weird, like the vinyl had warped or something went wrong with installation because it was squishy and kind of creeped me out. It's a nice unit, and for a 1 week stay, it's totally fine, but with a few changes in my opinion, it'd be great! ##### Tara S. There were food crumbs on the counter and what appeared to be Fruity Pebbles Cereal on top of the refrigerator. The sofa is in need of replacement due to its worn condition, and the peeling floor throughout the unit is a concern. We placed towels on top of the peeling floor between the bed and the bathroom to prevent a trip and fall. We hope you will address these issues for future guests. ##### PATTI D. The condo was clean, well stocked and perfect for 2 people. It can sleep 6 but with just one bathroom that might not work out very well. The kitchen is on the small side but stocked with the basics. There isn’t a lot of counter space in the bathroom but we made it work. We loved the ceiling fans and remote controlled blinds which were great to keep the heat out of the condo during the day. The unit was clean, well stocked, and met our expectations based on the description and pictures. We enjoyed the local parks, recreation, and restaurants. The 24 guard made check in a breeze and the building manager gave us some tips on building activities. Room is in very good condition. We had no issues throughout our entire stay. Highly recommend this room. Our communication with the host was perfect and in timely manner when a question was asked.
