This fabulous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1053 square foot condo with wall to wall-floor to ceiling windows has amazing views of the Emerald Coast. 'The Salty Coconut' comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with a king sized bed in the guest suite and two full beds in the master suite. What Are You Waiting For? Book Your Perfect Place in Paradise Now! Minimum rental age is 25\. No Pets. No smoking or vaping inside the condo, please. This stunning 10th floor condo is decorated in a casual coastal style that will put you in the mood for relaxation! The beachfront open floor plan great room has a leather sofa with matching leather recliner with a man sized TV which is great for watching the big game or for movie night with Roku streaming in HD. You'll love surfing by the surf with complimentary Lux Speed. WiFi throughout the property, too. Your gourmet kitchen is updated top-to-bottom and it is impressive! The kitchen is well equipped, so you can prepare a gourmet meal or quick breakfast, lunch or a special snack. A full-sized refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave are included. Dishes, pots, pans, flatware, blender, coffee maker, and more! It has a beach view as well. The dining area, which is also Gulf-front, seats 6 at the table and additional seating for 3 at the bar. Step out the sliding glass doors onto your balcony from the living room and the dining room, the views are endless! This makes it inviting to eat in or to play board games or cards with your group. The Sandy Pelican Guest Bedroom has a comfy king sized bed and is decorated in tranquil tones. Between the internet outage our entire stay, a water main busted and we had no water for half a day we made the most of it. And I believe that possibly neither of those issues were actually edgewaters fault. Now for the condo itself. The images are exactly what you will walk into. We had the most beautiful view of the gulf, and just a short walk to the main pool/beach access. We loved the simplicity of the kitchen with modern/updated appliances. Our dislikes for the room were that there wasn’t very much sitting space in the living room for 4 adults and a toddler, comfortably. The room had a terrible odor to it, and we were unable to locate the source (could’ve been an issue at the resort with their plumbing), the hall toilet was constantly running which made for long nights when that’s all you can hear when you’re falling asleep, and lastly the king bedroom could use a mattress upgrade and some screws tightened on the frame as it felt like we were sleeping on the floor for our entire stay and the bedframe squeaked at the slightest movement. But absolutely this is no fault to the management company/owner. We did not address anything other than the internet outage/water issue as they were the only issues that hindered our stay with a toddler. I truly think will a few very minor updates this will definitely be a room we book again! ##### Ashley A. The amenities are fantastic. This room hosted great views and provided a layout that allowed everyone to have their own space. On a less than pleasant note, many of the tiles are cracked and actually crunch under your feet. The laminate is peeling from the cabinets and the dryer takes two plus hours per load to dry, it is evident that repairs / renovations are needed. The king size bed is on its last limb. With each toss or turn comes great squeaks. Also, some of the drawers are not usable as the handles are broken. I believe there maybe some issue with the HVAC. When it turned on the smell of sewage filled the condo. It was a smell that was so strong that each time you opened the door to access the condo it would turn your stomach. One of the beds had sand in it leading me to believe the sheets were not changed. Also, there were kid handprints all over the mirrored glass behind the couch. ##### Kathryn M.
