Just steps from the beach directly from your private balcony. Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit. About the Community/Property: Conveniently located just west of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach with easy access to bike and walking paths. Enjoy stunning views from this beautiful gulf front condo. About the Vacation Rental Unit: This vacation rental features: 1 Bedroom, 1 bathroom King bedroom-sleeps 2 Sleeper Sofa-sleeps 2 Maximum Guest Occupancy: 4 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.) Parking: There is parking in front of the unit for guest use. Other details to note: To the best of your ability, rinse yourself and personal items of sand before entering the unit. There is a hose in front of the unit to rinse off; please wipe your shoes on the front door mat before entering the condo. La Dolce Vida is the beach vendor for Mistral, if you want to rent chairs or umbrellas for the beach in advance of your stay. Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. We ate a lot of our meals on the porch facing the ocean where they had a nice table with 3 chairs.
