Come right on in and kick off your shoes you're at the beach! Our condo will certainly suit your needs, decorated with beautiful furniture and furnishings. For your comfort, we offer a master bedroom with a king bed, a guest bedroom also with a king bed, and a convertible pull out sofa. The master bedroom comes complete with HD cable, an HD TV, a DVD player and a full master bath. Most importantly, it also has a stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico! Likewise, the second bedroom has HD cable, HD TV and a private bathroom. The living room has wall of glass looking out on the Gulf with a door out to the balcony, a beautiful new sleeper sofa, HD TV with HD cable and a DVD player. A fully stocked kitchen with a granite countertop and all the cooking utensils you will need are at your disposal. A gorgeous view of the Gulf is yours from the kitchen and living room. Enjoy the on-site pool (seasonally heated), barbecue grills, Jacuzzi spa and sauna. The Emerald Isle is only minutes away from Pier Park and numerous restaurants, golf, fishing, diving, miniature golf, arcades, water parks, bungee jumping, shopping, bowling, and amusement parks. Emerald Isle is a, family friendly, beautifully landscaped property with six consecutive “Certificates of Excellence Awards” from Trip Advisor. Our condo comes with a dedicated parking spot on the Gulf Side of Front Beach Road. This alleviates the hassle of searching for a general parking spot! It’s located on the third floor close to the west end of the building. Please note, not all vehicles will fit; there is a 7- foot maximum clearance and the spaces may be too tight to fit pick-up trucks and large SUV’s. We have all the amenities of the huge complexes, without all the crowds. We are certain once your stay comes to an end you will want to return to our getaway at the beach! Please note, this is a non-smoking condo. Please email for more information. \*The remaining final payment balance is due in our office 30 days prior to your arrival date. Upon arrival we had no issues finding our reserved parking spot. The complex has several luggage carts for use. There are 4 elevators on this property and we never had to wait more than a few seconds for one to arrive. The electronic lock on the door was easy to use. The unit was very clean. Beautifully decorated and the views from the balcony were breathtaking! Communication with the property management team was easy and quick! Location was towards the end of the main strip so less crowded which was perfect! You also can’t beat the first row beach service! Having a reserved 2 chairs and umbrella made it a very enjoyable and relaxing experience. The in unit laundry made it easy to do our laundry before heading home! They kept saying we were next in line to get our condo serviced. The condo was pretty dirty, giant cracks in the wall. Never once it 10 + years of going to panama city beach have I had a problem or as dirty of a condo as this. I slept on the bed that is attached to the couch in the living room. On the 5th day of my stay my body was covered in bed bug bites, I mean back, arms, chest. I call them they promise me that someone will come out there to look. Guess what no one came. I was embarrassed to go out in public or in the water. I contacted property management, they have been going back and fourth with me for 2 weeks making up excuse and reasons. They are super unprofessional and before you book with them read there reviews not on google on yelp. ECDI on yelp 1.9 stars and plenty of photos from other peoples problems with them that they don't wanna take responsibility for. ##### Alma A.
