My only complaint would be that there seemed to be a little mold by the air vent in the living room then around the ceiling above the shower that needed some TLC. I’m sure this is probably difficult to take care of with back to back bookings and being in that moist environment. This was our 2nd time staying with Dan and Karen. Everything was perfect and they were quick to respond with any questions. The condo was stocked, clean and had everything we needed. The view was gorgeous (we saw manatees, sharks, dolphins and fish-all from our balcony) and we had an awesome week! Once we walked in the door the room smelled and looked very clean. It’s just as pictured on the listing. We were provided with enough trash bags, laundry/dishwasher, toilet paper and shampoos/conditioners/soaps to accommodate our stay which was nice not having to buy. Communication with owner was a breeze, they were very quick to reply within minutes. Even tho I’m the type of person to leave a space like I found it, I really appreciated being asked to do the bare minimum during checkout rather than being expected to clean the condo while still paying a high cleaning fee like other rentals we’ve stayed at. My only complaint is a lot of the light bulbs weren’t working which made the space on the darker side once the sun went down but that’s an easy fix. We had a great time! ##### Ashley H. It was on 15th floor and had a great view of the ocean. Beach chair service feature was nice to have. Rooms are good, the beds and furniture were comfortable. Communication with Karen was excellent, she tried to meet our needs when we had any. Elevators are a bit confusing at first to go to the parking which is on the other building across the street.
