Great resort with inside bar, live music, ice cream shop, gift shop, Starbucks. Condo provides all essentials including beach towels and beach toys. Kitchen well stocked. Beds are comfortable. One smart TV in the living room but only Basic cable in bedroom (would need to bring a Roku or something if needed). Wireless signal is also fairly weak. Items not provided you may want to bring - small, plastic bowls for chips/popcorn for small children and Tupperware for taking fruit and such to the beach and storing leftovers. The condo was as promised and the view of the ocean couldn't have been better. The premises was a little tired but the condo itself was great. The location was good too within walking distance to the pier shops and a lot of good restaurants. We will be back. ##### Eric S. Cynthia is an excellent host!! Always prompt to answer any questions and provide help with knowledge of the area. When we were researching places to stay this year my wife saw the tall back chairs on the deck and said isnt that the place we stayed last year and had me book it again on the spot. This is the best place my wife and I have stayed in Panama City Beach, can’t wait to come back again next year. ##### Chris C. Property manager was very helpful with food recommendations, and she was great with communication from the start of the finish through our last day. I loved being so close to the water The pools were very nice Having chairs already for the beach day was fantastic. Very considerate.
