The updated private full bath has a separate sink area with a wall-mounted hair dryer as well as an oversized, tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom is complete with a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the shared full bathroom. There is also hallway access to the shared bath which also houses a shower/tub combo. Edgewater Tower 2 Unit 308’s living room features a sleeper sofa, loveseat, coffee table and a large flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The fully-equipped kitchen is complete with all major appliances as well as basic housewares. Dining in? There are multiple seating options. Whether at the bar counter, the dining room table, or outside on the private balcony while enjoying the view, it is sure to be a meal to remember. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There was mold multiple places (I have pictures) and there was an odor coming from the master bathroom. The look on the balcony door didn’t work and too days to get fixed. That’s a major safety hazard. There was no follow up after they came. We just figured out it was fixed on our own. The condo as a whole has not been well maintained ##### Lauren S.
