E1706 is a fully furnished end/corner three bedroom EX unit that will accommodates sleeping up to twelve guests in its 1975sq. feet floor plan.

The living room and dining room have wall to wall windows overlooking the water with sliding glass doors that lead to the large wrap-around balcony. The living room has a large flat screen TV/cable with a DVD player, & sofa has a Queen size pull out sleeper.

The dining area has a table that seats five, and a bar that seats three. The kitchen is fully equipped and renovated with newer cabinets, granite counter tops, and nice stainless steel appliances.

The master bedroom has a King size bed, a flat screen TV/cable, sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony, a walk-in shower. 1st guest bedroom has two full size beds, a flat screen TV/cable, and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. 2nd guest bedroom has two Queen size beds, a flat screen TV/cable, and sliding glass doors that lead to it's own small balcony. There is another full bathroom in the hallway that has a shower/tub combo.

There is tile flooring throughout the condo, and has a full size washer/dryer. The balcony has four chairs, one table, and a lounge chair. View-Overlooks the water, can see the "E" pool, and the sunsets.
