This was a great location for the beach, biking down 30A and many yummy restaurants nearby. This place has everything you need. However, the carpets looked and felt dirty. There was no auto icemaker and no ice trays- we froze our own ice. Outlets in bathrooms did not work. We texted the leasing agent and received AI generated responses. Someone came out three days later to fix and entered property without permission- we had requested earlier that we be there.
