The kitchen is very well stocked, it offers anything and everything you may need to cook a three course meal. the bunk area is secluded and has a private bathroom accessible right across. The master suite has the most comfortable bed and perfect shades to guarantee a good night sleep after a long day at the beach. The private master bathroom and extra large closet space complete the perfect ambiance for comfortable stay. Phenomenal setting offering panoramic elevators, you cannot find anywhere else, heated pools, kiddie pools. Vegas style fountain show every night, you can enjoy from the privacy of your own balcony! The unit has been decorated extremely tastefully and no expense has been spared for the comfort of our guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. When contacting the email it took us two days later to get blankets. There was no rolls of toilet paper. The property was extremely dirty, I noticed as we walked around my white socks were black. I mopped all the floors and wiped down all counter and even the walls in the kitchen. Overall the property is very run down, massive large patches in the walls that are poorly painted over. The balcony is gross with old tooth/dental pics and torn up/ missing cushions. There is no way to enjoy outside. Mold noted along the wall near the dishwasher. I emailed the management company and at one point they stopped responding. So I went to the Laketown Wharf lobby and they tried calling and getting in touch with them with no luck. I showed them the pictures of when I had cleaned the floors and they were shocked with how gross- they also stated that Escala property management was not professional, had a bad cleaning crew and I was not the first complaint that morning and it was only 10am. After receiving g an email back the property management wanted to do anything but assist with any type of refunds- in fact they even stated they wanted to address the concern but would always ask for clarification after multiple emails from myself and then my husband. We sent numerous pictures and emails without any resolution. I will Never recommend them or this unit. Laketown Wharf is a nice area and has nice condos- I suggest you book through them. Beds were comfortable. One beds bedspread had a rip in it. We emailed bc some light bulbs were out and instead of someone coming and replacing them we were told where to find them and we can change them on our own. We didn’t bc 2 of them were in the ceiling fan. On day 2 when we went out of the room to get our groceries, when we came back our code no longer worked. It lit up green, so we knew it was the right code but the door would not open. Anelia's rentals and Escala vacations rental company did a horrible job at communicating. It took 2 hrs just to get an email response. They refused to answer the phone. I sent several emails asking them to call me with my number listed and they refused to. Only commicated on and off for 2 hrs. After 3 hrs we were told the maintenance was off grounds and would be back in an hour. The company even told us to try to get in by using a credit card. Crazy!! Maintenance came after that hour and it turns out the key pad needed a new battery. We were locked out for 4 hrs with all our groceries melting and when I asked to be compensated for our lost groceries and inconvenience I was told they can't do that. Poor customer service and a day of wasted beach/pool time. I do not recommend using this vacation rental company. Anelia's and Escala were not respectful of our lost time and groceries. ##### Elizabeth M. Especially loved that there was a parking deck level on our floor. It made coming and going much easier. There were a few things that would make the stay better, but I let the owner know and the things I mentioned should be addressed. Only 2 things I would comment on. 1- is the place was falling apart a little, broken closet door, broken cabinet, and ripped furniture. 2- is the elevators, there was always 1 or 2 down at a time so the wait times for the elevators was long. Also the staff at the building was rather rude and threatening over a simple mistake where nothing is posted. ##### Jessica B. We found this property and there was 6 of us and It was roomy could even fit more. It was clean and also close to everything. Would recommend staying there. The unit looks better in person. We did notice a few "honeydo" items with doorknobs, outlets and master shower. But overall the unit was clean, nicely decorated and convenient. Full of convinces. Alot to do in the area from zoo to upside down house and go carts on that same road. The hotel had everything just as described . Pools are nice and the beach was a blast. I am not one to complain but My only headache was the cleanings of the rooms for the amount of money we spent and the days we stayed I feel like it could have been better. For example the ceiling fans were full of dust/lint doesn't look like they had been dusted in a while . When we arrived the floor had sand like it hadn't been swept or mopped . The shower curtain in the guest bathroom had mold/mildew . I contacted the owner and was quick to repond and offered to help and have someone from house keeping come take care of it however I had already purchased a shower curtain and did the cleaning myself.
