The first level is home to 3 bedrooms, a laundry area, 2 full baths, 2 of the bedrooms have access to the rear porch and a path to the community pool steps away. The stairwell opens to the second level offering a large living/dining room with an abundance of natural light from the oversized windows lining the walls. A large balcony runs the entire width of the home where you'll enjoy evening sunsets and the gulf breeze while revisiting the fun events of the day. The second level also boasts a large bedroom with en-suite as a second king suite. You'll find the primary king suite encompassing the entire 3rd level with amazing gulf views. Two-minute bike ride to boutiques and restaurants in beloved Rosemary Beach. We all had young kiddos in tow and the house worked out great for that with most of the bedrooms not being on the main living level. The two beach entrances are literally right in front of the house and pool straight off the back. The beds were comfy so much so that inquired about the pillows to purchase for home. We spent most of our time together and at the beach but everything in Rosemary is pretty walkable, but with kids I would recommend bring a stroller or renting a wagon. The house was clean, beautiful, and comfortable for our group we’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend. One important thing to note is that house does in fact have beach towels. The PM company was under the impression that they didn’t so we all packed them which was a bit of a hassle, but when we showed up they were stocked with beach towels \*bonus points for having an extra Keurig in the third floor bedroom and no excessive check out instructions ##### Samantha F. The home we stayed in was even more beautiful in person than it was in the website. It was fully stocked with anything we could’ve needed. The proximity to the beach and to restaurants/shops was perfect. The home was beautifully decorated and so inviting. We had a group of 13 and we had plenty of room.
