You must be 21 years of age or older and attending with the group you are booking for. Guests under 21 must be approved by host prior to booking. We offer beach equipment service or equipment rental that we can leave at the home for you. If you need a beach umbrella, beach tent, beach wagon and/or beach chairs, let us know and we'll give you a price and leave them at the house for you. When you enter the home, you know you’re at the beach. Location is hard to beat. The back patio is a huge bonus. Host was easy to contact and very helpful.A couple of small things- really would’ve liked a bathtub for the 3 small grandchildren and second- even though on a family vacation, would be nice to have more than 1 tv. The kiddos are use to watching their different show's, so there was disagreements over the tv, especially at the stormy times.
