Professionally designed by Atlanta Interior Designer, Melanie Turner, enjoy 5 bedrooms + bunk space and 5 ½ bathrooms with a large private pool. This residence is located in the iconic, gated neighborhood Santimo Beach that is perfectly situated between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. This residence welcomes you with tall ceilings and an open concept first floor. Modern art and photography is found throughout the home, accompanied with dark muted pastels. The living room, dining and kitchen flow so effortlessly with an ample amount of space. The kitchen proudly features top of the line stainless steel appliances, a large center island, and bar stool seating for 4 guests. The stylish dining table offers seating for 8 guests. The backyard of the home features an appealingly abundant private pool (that can be heated for $65/day), an outdoor dining table, and a grill. There is an elevator in this home and half bathroom on this floor. The second floor of the home offers the majority of the bedrooms. You will find three guest bedrooms each with a king sized bed and private bathroom. The blush colored master oasis is on this floor and treats you to a king sized bed and private bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanity sinks. Additionally, the laundry room features two washers and dryers for your convenience. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply. \- No pet home. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the no pet policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Pool/Spa: This home may have a private pool and/or spa. Seasonal pool/spa heating is available upon request for $65/day plus tax. These cannot be heated separately as the water flows from the spa into the pool. If one is heated, they are both heated. Maximum temp for Pool is 90 degrees. Maximum temp for spa is 100 degrees. Pool and/or spa heat is not available during the warmer months from Memorial Day to September 30th. Reservation/Booking Policy \- Minimum Age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term. \- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. \- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date. \- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. \- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. \- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. But I wish I knew a few things going into this one. First off the house itself was great. Plenty of room, nice, worked great for kids. Nice quiet street. But the cons unfortunately outweighed the positives. When we arrived we were told the front door was not working. No big deal there are other doors. But the big issue was with the back doors. There is a pool alarm which I was thankful for considering I have young kids. But it is set up so poorly that you can not come in and out with out the loudest most awful alarm screaming in your ear all day. But then the doors broke. The alarm went off all night waking everyone in the house. I called to have this fixed but unfortunately that couldn’t happen. They did put a temporary alarm on the doors but that went off all day and night bc the doors wouldn’t stay shut. After many many calls to maintenance we ended up taking the battery out of the temp alarm which comes with a hefty fee. I informed the company and they said it was fine considering the situation. It was truly a nightmare and ruined our time in this house. I hope they can fix some of these issues because it could have been a great stay. ##### Stephanie M. Our family loves the location and the fact that we are behind a gate with controlled entry. It's always quiet at night for good sleep. This home is immaculate (seems to be brand new). Plenty of space to seperate if need be. The pool and easy access to the beach is a major plus. We would 100% stay in this home again hopefully in the near future. ##### Jesse S.
