King Bed, Queen Sofa. Sleeps 4 Flipflophaven is your destination for fun at the beach. Imagine relaxing in the warmth of Florida's sun and the cool gulf breezes as you are serenaded by the surf. That dream is reality at this Top of the Gulf #414\. Enjoy beach living at its best in this beach front condo that sleeps 4\. Inside the unit you have a partial view of the beach and just steps outside the door there is a large shared balcony. Our unit has a comfortable king size bed as well as a sofa sleeper. You must be 21 and show ID at check in. This is a non smoking/vaping unit. This newly renovated condo has everything you need for a great vacation on the beach. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking or fixing a quick snack before you head back to the sand. The kitchen has quartz counter tops all new full size appliances. WE SUPPLY: All bed linens and 6 bath towels 2 hand towels and 4 wash clothes. Two rolls of toilet paper, one dishwasher detergent capsule and two trash bags will be also provided . This condo is equipped with a keurig coffee maker, blender, iron and all necessary cooking utensils as well as WiFi in the unit. DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES ARE NOT PROVIDED DURING YOUR STAY. There is a coin operated washer and dryer on the same floor for your use if you need to wash your linens during your stay. No condos at Top of the Gulf have a private balcony but there is a small balcony a few steps outside our door that is perfect for watching sunsets from. Just down the hall is a large common balcony with plentiful seating that faces directly towards the gulf. Guests will have full access to the condo as well as all common spaces including pool, kiddie pool, grills, balconies, sun deck, laundry room, game room, exercise room, internet lounge and private beach access. Beach chairs are available to rent on the beach during season. There is also a pool side snack bar that serves snacks, light meals and drinks between Memorial Day and Labor Day. HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY We are always just a phone call away if you have any issues during your stay. Located directly on the white sand beach this condo is less than a mile to Pineapple Willies. Walmart, Ripley's and Wonderworks are less than two miles away You will need to go to the office on the 1st floor of Top of the Gulf to buy a resort pass. The cost is $30 for one parking pass and four armbands for your entire stay. Please note there is only one parking pass issued per unit during busy periods. My family and I visited Randy’s condo over the Fourth of July weekend! We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the condo, it was beautiful! Top of the Gulf condos have been there since I was a kid, as my parent used to stay at the Moondrifter! It was a blast from the past. I remember going to the Alvin’s across the street as a kid and all of the attractions that are very close. The condo has been updated very recently and is beautiful! We had direct access to the beach, pool, and a small beach snack where we could buy Popcicles and food for the kids if they got hungry at the beach or pool. I would 100% recommend staying here for anybody. Randy also made sure to let us know where all of the local firework shows would be so that we didn’t miss anything!
