Blue Tide is a small complex of 18 units perched on one of the highest dunes south of Scenic 30A. This highly sought-after western end unit enjoys unobstructed sunset vistas from private balconies on both levels. Serve up perfect chilled glasses of wine from the wine refrigerator in the wet bar and toast another beautiful day in paradise. The living room is decorated in cool blues and pastel tints, providing a nod to the gulf views framed by floor-to-ceiling sliding doors. A feature fireplace and wood flooring add warmth to the spacious living/dining area. The open-plan kitchen has white cabinets, stainless appliances and a central island breakfast bar for casual dining or chatting with the cook. Doors open from the living room onto the balcony which has its own private entrance to the beach walkover. From there, the white sands, glittering emerald gulf and pristine dunes provide endless delights for nature lovers and beachcombers. Nothing beats the beachfront view, from two stories. Best of all is the "mudroom" when you enter the front door, where you can park beach chairs without hauling them into the living area. We had friends staying in the same building, which made gathering on the beach each day easy and convenient. I would definitely return. ##### Mariam B. They are right on the beach located between Rosemary and Seaside. We absolutely love the location. 9B is such a great condo! It's beautifully decorated. Because it's on the end the master bedroom has large windows on two walls and a balcony overlooking the ocean. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and they provided toiletries, coffee, and other goodies for the first couple of nights. There were also a couple of bikes that we used to ride to Rosemary. Check in was easy. Bedrooms both have king sized beds which was great. And the kids loved the loft. We even got to use the fireplace because it was cold the first couple of days. We will definitely be returning to Blue Tide and this condo next year! ##### Jennifer T. The house was the perfect size for our family of 5 and being right on the beach was perfect. We bikes and walked to restaurants and shopping in both directions and would absolutely stay there again!
