Welcome to The Commodore Beachfront Condominium unit 405. Located on the quiet East End of Panama City Beach, you will be within walking distance of many local favorite dining spots, and only moments from local marinas, golfing, St. Andrews State Park, Schooners beachfront dining and many more to be explored! Directly facing the Gulf of Mexico on the "World's Most Beautiful Beaches", this family resort has a seasonally heated outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub. The resort offers a basketball court, shuffleboard and cornhole. If you'd like to be the grill master on vacation, there is a pavilion with grills for grilling up your favorite dinner! On a cooler night enjoy smore's by the fire pit near the pavilion. With the direct beach access, you will be just steps from the sugary white sand beaches, where you will find chair and umbrella rentals, jet ski rentals, volleyball, and many more activities. This property truly has it all!

This property accommodates (10) guest. This spacious 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom beach front condo will accommodate you, your friends and the whole family! This condo features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to impress your party with an amazing dinner! With these stunning beach views, you can enjoy dinner parties on the gorgeous balcony at sunset, or coffee and breakfast at sunrise!

Upon entering this spacious condo, you will find a bedroom to your left, this bedroom features (2) Queen beds as well as flat screen Smart TV. The kitchen will be to the right as you enter the front door, with a washer and dryer in the unit. As you walk down the hall you will find the hall bathroom on your left. Moving further into the unit, you will come into the dining area and living room with Flat Screen Smart TV. In the living room there is queen murphy bed that pulls out from the TV cabinet. There will be a King bedroom with flat screen Smart TV and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo to the left of the living room. To the right of the living room you will find another King bedroom with Flat screen Smart TV and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Both rooms are Gulf front with spectacular beach views! The large balcony includes High top table with 6 chairs, lounger, and two additonal chairs for enjoying the sunsets.

Additional property amenities include all of your kitchen items for cooking, bed linens, high quality bathroom towels and kitchen towels, high speed internet, and an initial supply of startup household supplies for kitchen and bath.

The property features a beachfront pool and hot tub, with chaise loungers for guest use, as well as a gated children's pool. The covered pavilion offers outdoor grilling and picnic tables, a firepit and recreational amenities and equipment.

Free Beach Service Included (Two Chairs and Umbrella Daily 3/1-10/31)

Parking is available at the building. Your condo includes (2) parking pass. This is the maximum on-site parking allowed for this condo. Additional parking is available in several offsite parking lots for a daily fee.

Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets allowed by the HOA per their bylaws, although Service Animals are always welcome. There is no smoking or vaping is permitted in the building (including balconies or at the pool deck).

Check in was easy and efficient. However, we did not know about the refrigerator not working. We were told we received a call, but I do not have a record of that. Two small fridges were provided which helped with the inconvenience. The floors were dirty, and the pullout couch was unusable due to someone spilling wine all over i it before we arrived. We found three wet balled up blankets in the master closet that would have soured had we not found them. The bathroom toilets were loose or broken on the seats. The small bathroom had loose or broken handles for the cold side water. The front bathroom shower had loose pipes and needed to be sealed. The on site managers were the best part. They were attentive and quick responding to our issues. We really like the unit, it just needs some TLC.
