Your perfect beach getaway is just footsteps away! With the sand and clear blue waters only steps from your door, there's no need to wait for the ultimate coastal experience. Whether you're lounging in the sun or taking a refreshing dip, everything you need is right at your feet. Book your stay now and answer the call of the beach! Guest access Guests have full access of the home with the exception of owner closets in the master bedroom and kitchen. Other things to note Important Things to know: 1) You MUST be 25 years of age to rent. We found the cottage to be beautifully appointed with comfortable furnishings and a very well equipped kitchen. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. All the beach chairs, umbrellas, beach pop-up tent, bicycles and a wagon to pull it all to the beach was also provided. Check in/out was smooth and uncomplicated. The owners communicate very well and respond quickly. Beach access to Inlet Beach is about a 10 minute walk. Note that access to the beach is across 98 which can be busy, however a pedestrian tunnel under 98 is available nearby. Overall, a great place to stay with access to all of 30A a few minutes away. Very clean and the hosts even included things like drinks in the fridge, beach chairs, bikes and board games for the family. The home is not on the beach side, however it is literally right across the street. We rode bikes everywhere since the home was not more than a couple of blocks from the main square of Rosemary.
