All guests are required to purchase visitor wristbands from the community office at $20/guest. The community office is located on Horizon Drive near the pools and tennis courts. These allow you access to all amenities and beach access throughout your stay. Self-check-in is a breeze using the Smart lock. The minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old. Absolutely no smoking is permitted inside the property. No pets allowed. No parties allowed. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Truvi, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Superh. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. Guest making reservation must be at least 25 years old and present throughout the length of the reservation. No parties, strictly enforced. No pets allowed. A $200 additional cleaning fee will be charged to violators. Absolutely no smoking inside the property. Violators will be charged a $500 additional cleaning fee.
