The view of the ocean was breathtaking, we really enjoyed watching for skates or other various fish. The pelicans diving was the highlight for our son! The unit was clean and exactly as pictured. The staff was so friendly, the pool was great, I mean with a high of 50-60 you can’t swim much, but the heated pool was nice and warm and we had a great time swimming. The condo was very clean and roomy! The kitchen needed to be stocked a little better - we had to buy oven mitts, dust pan and broom. We enjoyed having 2 sets of beach chairs included. Very nice and large walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Comfy beds (pillows not so much). All you need for cooking. The location is great! And having the beach chairs is a plus. The listing states early check in which we did not get so that the was misleading as we planned our arrival based on that. Getting luggage to room can be stressful. Did not report because we wanted to enjoy our stay without disruption and nothing critical. There was some cleaning opportunities, but nothing that was going to ruin our vacation… just would recommend a deep clean as there is some built up dust/sand on/under some of the stuff. I can only imagine how difficult it I to clean, we swept several times during the week just because we kept dragging sand in on our sandals. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked, washer and dryer worked (dryer did take a bit longer to dry but did dry with a longer cycle. Furniture in living room wasn’t the most comfortable, but we wasn’t there to sit… it served it’s purpose. We was on the go 98% of the time. Great location to the pier, beach, restaurants, and shopping! Overall a GREAT Week with our family was had! I forgot to add quick response from the rental agency when I asked questions…. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location of the condo was great and it served it's purpose. However, i would not choose to stay in this place again. It was dirty. It's very obvious that the cleaning company does the bare minimum. When I say bare minimum, I mean bare! The floors were filthy. After walking on the floor for two minutes without shoes or socks, our feet were black! Finger prints on doors, dried, hard sauces/liquids on walls and cabinet doors. The sofa sleeper is pretty much a waste. Super uncomfortable and the mattress is pretty much falling through the frame. Sure hope the actual people who own the condo see this so that they can address with the management company they have chosen to manage the property for them. I would be embarrassed if the place were mine and want to rectify immediately. ##### Jamie L. The response to my complaint was wiping off a dresser and vacuuming vents is deep cleaning. Kitchen counters and refrigerator shelves had dried food, refrigerator water and ice dispenser was moldy (we cleaned it), hall bathroom tub wouldn’t drain to the point not able to use, hair dryer did not work, mold in master bath shower. At first, I received emailed replies, but when I emailed that the clothes dryer didn’t work on the first full day of stay, I never received another reply…nothing. Thankfully the dryer worked when I tried it again, but never heard back. Even after they said they’d send maintenance to look at the leaky bathroom sink. The kitchen was stocked with good stainless pots but there were no nonstick pans and the blender didn’t work well. They had 2 dish washer pods but no starter dish soap. No extra blankets for beds. On a positive note, the beds we’re comfortable and it’s a great location. They also had enough towels and wash cloths …but I did say there’s be 5 staying and we ended up with only 3. ##### Donna Q. Reviewer Comments: The building had a lot to offer between the pool, vicinity to Pier Park, and the plentiful beach access. However, VRBO works through an intermediate management company for this venue which had a few downsides. First, was that a second payment had to be made through the other company, but the total cost was still as advertised. Secondly,the VRBO support was unable to assist me in almost any capacity since it was managed by the other company, which was only available during daylight hours. This was not helpful when I was finally getting into the unit at 10pm and realized that no one ever told me what the unit number was, only the combination to the door, the address to the building, and the floor it was on. VRBO was not able to tell me the unit number and the other company did not respond until morning. I eventually found the unit by trying my combination on several doors on the floor I knew it was on and eventually found it. Additionally, the ventilation had excessive amounts of lint and there was a cobweb above the main table. Although it had obviously been mopped the cleaning service clearly does not do any upkeep on the ventilation suction. Only complaints would be mattress in main was not comfy, mattress seemed old and worn gullies that suck you into the middle of the mattress, the shower in master had no seal on a swinging door with a gap underneath the door that would lead to soaked floors after every shower. Knobs missing on washing machine made it difficult to wash clothes until you figure it out. Broken chair on balcony. Kitchen was nicely stocked with all things needed for cooking Views were amazing ! We never had an issue with waiting times on the elevator. Loved that we were so close to Pier Park that we could walk over.
