The management group (Vacasa) were fantastic. Which is truly hard to find. Responses quickly by text, checked in on us by phone the day after we got there. Also we’re flexible in helping us adjust what we paid due to having to leave a couple days early due to potential hurricane. The only complaint was that the floors clearly hadn’t been mopped in weeks. 5 mins of waking barefoot and our feet were absolutely black. Some of the pans/dishes weren’t quite all the way clean, and the bathtub in the master had a broken drain…. We had to put an ink pen between the drain and the base of the tub so that it would drain while we showered. Those couches could certainly use an updating too! Overall this a pretty enjoyable stay. ##### April D.
