The email did not clarify that we just head to our room. We also were unaware that the bunk beds were in the hall. The queen bed was uncomfortable due to the broken center piece to hold the box spring evenly. So the bed sunk in the middle. The access codes were inaccurate another guest actually gave is the codes.
