Renovation Notice – Long Beach Resort, Panama City Beach, FL Long Beach Resort will undergo planned exterior renovations from August 18, 2025, through April 2026\. Project setup and material deliveries will take place August 4–18, with construction beginning August 18\. This work, coordinated by the Homeowners' Association, includes balcony and exterior repairs. During this period, guests may experience construction noise, limited access to certain areas and pools, and temporary modifications to entryways. • The Lagoon Pool and lagoon pool hot tub will be open until November 28th. • The pool and hot tub between Towers 1 and 2 will be closed starting August 28th and will remain closed until November 28th. • The pool and hot tub between Towers 3 and 4 will be closed starting October 20th and will remain closed until the end of the project. • Beach access and condo entry will remain open throughout the project. The spacious balcony is your own private beachside oasis where you can enjoy your morning coffee, or end the day with a nice glass of chardonnay. Access the balcony from your bedroom or living room. Both rooms have floor to ceiling windows for fabulous views of the Gulf. The condo features a king size bed in the bedroom, while the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Perfect for families!! The bathroom features a large marble garden tub/shower combination and a separate dressing area with double marble vanities so everyone has plenty of room to get ready for the beach or an evening out. We know you don't come to the beach to cook, but should you choose to dine in, the kitchen is well equipped and the condo seats two at the dining table and 2 at the breakfast bar. Long Beach Resort sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico's sugar white sandy beaches. The resort features 2 Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), 3 Jacuzzi spas, and a 6800 square foot lagoon pool complete with palm tree islands, waterfalls & lush tropical landscaping and a seasonal poolside bar and grill. Long Beach Resort has security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is directly in front of your building -- not across the street --not in a high-rise tight-spaced parking garage! Beach Service offers rentals for chairs and umbrellas, jet skis, para-sailing, etc., weather permitting. Super-Wal-Mart, restaurants, shopping, and Ripley's Believe It or Not are within walking distance. Droves and Droves on the beach, on the streets, partying, etc; They weren't bothersome but definitely not what we were expecting. Location was perfect but was really in the heart of everything, all units at this particular condo building had beachfront views. The place was one of the nicest and updated units that we came across. The only somewhat negative of the unit was that the Vents and Fans were not clean and you could see PILES OF DUST caked up and sucked to breathe in. The other thing was that one of the elevators were always broken or had issues. We drove a few miles down the road to Aly's Beach and had a great time at that community. Other than that we had no complaints but if you were looking for peace, quiet, and serenity, this wasn't it. ##### Keeyon P. But upon arrival we noticed the floors were dirty with sand, and when we would walk around barefoot our feet would be black on the bottom immediately. I went to pull a bowl out of the cabinet and noticed it was dirty, as well as the silverware and cups. I opened the dishwasher to see there was the dishwasher tablet still in there with the lid closed. So I had to wash all the dishes in the kitchen. I would have thought the cleaning lady would have noticed she was putting away dirty dishes. I get the renter is suppose to run it but I don't think it was started correctly. We had four staying in our room which is how I booked it. We had to call for bedding for the pull out couch bed, as well as a kitchen dishcloth and towel. The bottom of the bathroom tub was dirty and black. It needs some TLC. But the rest of the room was fine. I did contact the manager and I did receive the towel/washcloth and bedding that night. The washing machine was super loud and sounds like it could use some maintenace. The view, location, and resort is nice! This is our fourth time at Long Beach Resort. It is our favorite place to stay in Panama City. I did let the manger know the issues we had. This room has amazing potiental to be a 5 star room if they can get the cleaning situation under control. The Hang Out bar and grill is also one of our favorite places to eat! The food and service is always top notch! ##### Ashley O. The location and amenities were perfect for a quick get-away. The beach was beautiful (thought the weather wasn't 100% cooperative) and the property was close to shopping and restaurants. Check-in/Check-out was simple and the ability to set our own door code was a nice touch with very simple-to-follow instructions.
