Only 3 Blocks to the West, luxurious Alys Beach Beckons. Barely 3 blocks to the East you'll find Rosemary Beach with it's romantic restaurants and shopping. 7 Bedroom with bonus hall bunks that could sleep 20 and 6 bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. Perfectly positioned: this home is located 2 blocks from the private community beach access and overlooking the expansive lagoon pool and lush tropical green space. The space This home is perfectly positioned between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach making it an ideal location to walk or bike, and to explore all that 30A has to offer with shopping, dining and entertainment right at your doorstep. This listing is for both units A and B. Have a large group, but need a little separation, this is the one. Main Level (2) BOTH SIDES A gracious entry leads to the open concept living, dining and kitchen area flooded with natural light with floor to ceiling windows. The dining room table, positioned just off from the kitchen and living area, easily accommodates 8 guests. Just off of the dining room, you have your own private balcony overlooking 30a's largest lagoon pool and green space which lets in plenty of natural light during the day and a view of the sunrise in the morning. The chef's kitchen is large and open, providing enough room for cooking and entertaining! You will also find a half bath on the main floor. The living room is just off from the kitchen with a large flat screen TV so you can stream your favorite shows/movies or catch up on the latest news and sporting events with cable TV. Upper Level (3) BOTH SIDES You will find 2 Master Suites with King Beds and ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom has their own Smart TVs to wind down at night. In addition, one of the Master Suites has it's own private balcony overlooking 30a's largest lagoon pool and green space which lets in plenty of natural light during the day and a view of the sunrise in the morning. Lower Level (1) Unit A - You will find 2 bedrooms. One has a plush queen bed and the other is a bunk room for the kids. Just outside of the bedrooms, you will find another full bathroom to clean up after the beach/pool day and get ready to go again! Unit B - Enjoy a custom bunk room with a Queen bed and 2 bunk beds along with a Smart TV to stream your favorite shows/movies or catch up on live sporting events. Of course with all the local dining, multiple beach options, and many luxuries shops and amenities there is no need to even venture a mile away however you can easily spend the day fishing and swimming two miles east at Camp Helen State Park, a 180-acre expanse bordered on three sides by the azure Gulf of Mexico or for an incredible glimpse of Florida's coastal beauty, Grayton Beach is just 14 miles west and is often ranked among the most scenic beaches in the state.
