Listing exactly as described and pictured. Pool and beach area nice and well maintained with security at parking garage and beach access. Parking space is on 11th floor of garage and close to condo door which makes loading and unloading easy since rental is on 11th floor too. Would have liked better lighting in the area where the parking spot is though. Driving up and down 11 floors of garage is tight and takes time but we were well aware of it when booking and just planned for the 6 mins it took. Weekends there is extra foot traffic in the area and increased police directly outside the building. It was a little concerning at first but we had no issues and felt safe in the rental. Great donut place very close and a dippin dot store! ##### Kami B. We did have to call and have someone come out and fix the T.V.s because they were not syncing with the remotes. The first night we had no TVs. The major downfall we saw was having to park on the 11 floor of the parking garage which means there’s no fast trips in or out. Overall its t was a nice trip and the condo is beautiful. ##### Heather E. Yes, it was busy with a lot of young people, but there were no issues. The parking spots are not numbered in order throughout the parking garage, so it was confusing at first, but it's on the 11th floor. The parking spot was super convenient and easy to bring our bags in without using the elevator. Overall, we were totally satisfied and would definitely stay here again. ##### William M.
