There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. One of the three elevators was down so you had to time your coming and goings or you are in for a long wait or your have to take the stairs. Only thing I didn’t like was the checkin time. Even though we spoke with the property manager and asked for an early checkin we didn’t get it. That was BS. ##### James M.
