The owners have only recently decided to rent and accommodations show the owners really care about their unit. Exceptional! Our remodeling goal was to provide perfectly balanced style and comfort to this open floor plan and ensure a vacation stay you will not soon forget! Enjoy beach views from the kitchen, dining area, master suite, and living area. Access to the covered balcony is just off the living area and there is also direct access to the balcony from the master suite. Indoors and on the balcony you will find comfortable seating and a stunning view of the pool deck, beach, and the Gulf and the perfect setting to enjoy the spectacular sunset.... Best seat in the house for sun sets! This is truly a condo set above the rest and every inch of the condo has been renovated beautifully. As of today this unit has never been rented and was designed for comfortable living and no expense was spared! Come be one of our first guests at this opulent 2 bed two bath condo featuring a luxurious king bed in the master suite and two queen beds in the second bedroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area, comfortably sleeping 6 guests. Both bathrooms feature beautiful tiled walk in showers we know you will love! The covered balcony is very large and just a great place to enjoy your day with some of the best views in Florida. Come, be our guest. We include padded beach chair with umbrella service. Just let the service attendant know you are in 1009 and he will have it set up for you everyday! It's awesome. Service available March 15th through October 15th At the East end of the beach you have the waterfront headquarters that is home to legendary fishing fleets, pirates, pontoon boats, kayaks, jet skis, dive boats, and Florida's most visited state park not to mention the best golf courses in NW Florida, and a beautiful uninhabited island. You can also go tubing or parasailing, diving and snorkeling. Or play a round of miniature golf with the family before you ride the go-carts. It's all right here and much more. The marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter a deep sea fishing trip, Sunset Cruise, Pirate Cruise, or Shell Island Cruise, Dolphin Watching Excursion, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Just Jump Trampolene Park, Panama City Beach has ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It or Not...just to mention a few. The condo is very well done with what looks like a new remodel. Kitchen,living room,bedrooms, and patio were very nice and welcoming. Also had a washer and dryer with alot of misc things for the beach (chairs,umbrellas, sand castle stuff). The showers had great water pressure. The only thing not mentioned was paying for parking,but not a bad price at all for the week. We will definitely be staying here again ##### Billy F. Overall facility was great. I use a walker and they had a "rug" that went toward the beach which was really helpful. Would be great if they extended to the beach chairs, which were free for our room! From start to finish, everything about this rental exceeded our expectations. Upon entering the property, we were blown away by its immaculate cleanliness. It felt as though we were the first guests to ever set foot in the condo. The condo itself was beautifully appointed, with a comfortable and stylish interior. The furnishings were of high quality, and the decor created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The views from the spacious balcony were magnificent !! The condo is in a wonderful location and the amenities of the facility were impressive.
